Navicomm - One Call Communications Tried to bill me a total of $39.46 for three alleged long-distance calls from my computer which I never made

I recieved a bill from One Call Communications INC. Which said it was billing me on behalf of Navicomm wich provides internet and web access billing. The total bill was for $39.46. It listed three long-distance calls: 8/17/05 for three minutes, another call for the same date less than an hour from the first for ten minutes and the last on 8/18/05 for three minutes. I never made these calls and fortunately found your site before I paid these fraudulent charges.
