I attempted to place an online order on Walmart.com 7 times and kept receiving an error message. I checked with my bank and everything was OK with my credit card. Also, all of the information on my order matched the information on my credit card. I contacted Walmart customer service, Walmart.com customer service, and the office of the CEO. I was told either there was nothing they could do to help me, their systems were down, or I got hung up on completely. I contacted my local store manager, and he forwarded me to one of his associates who could not help me. I sent an e-mail, requesting a call back. I got an emailed response, and I was offered 15 dollars off of a online order of 50 dollars or more. The same type of coupon I could easily find online. This attempt at making it right showed that Walmart did not really read my complaint - how was I supposed to use that discount anyway when their website won't allow me to order? That does not fix the problem or satisfy me as a customer. I took my business to Best Buy.
