I fell for the "free" jewelry just pay shipping and handling scam because I was given a time limit to pick my free piece when I was logging on to my Lakeshore site. This company never included any return slip or any other information in the packaging that would allow me to return it. All that came with this item was a certificate of "authenticity". This jewelry is not worth the $98 they charged me. It is only worth the $5.99 shipping and handling! I am very disappointed that when I contacted them, all they told me was that they dont offer returns on merchandise past the "trial period". Very good job at scamming! Taking this as a lesson learned.
