Not able to get sale item online

Walmart 5 11 Sale on Friday: Walmart had a sale for only November 28 08, from 5 to 11 AM. On line as well as in store. I go to Walmart online about 5:00 AM. Look at sales and try to make a order of a item that has a special price. It goes good until I go to check out.

After I log onto Paypal and click the account I want to pay with and then next the page sends me back to Walmart page and the ask me to log in to Walmat account or enter a address. I log into my Walmart account. It asked me if I wanted to change my address. If not click next. I did that. Then I get. That there was a problem That I was to click back or refresh. I did that and the same thing came up. I then had to click on CART and then check out. I then got the same problem. So I kept trying. Then I get. It needs a address to sent it to. But yet I am still log into Walmart account. So whats up? I give it a address. Then back to same old problem. The page tells me There was a problem That I was to click back or refresh.

I then Email Walmat about the Problem. And tell them I will keep trying. Walmart tells me that they will get back to me shortly. (Wounder what Shortly Means to Walmart?) I keep trying. I also try entering my credit card information. And still get the page. That there was a problem. That I was to click back or refresh. I keep trying and then about 7:00 AM maybe. I did not really look at the time. I get the site is down for scheduled maintenance. Try back later.

You mean to tell me that Walmart is having a sale from 5AM to 11AM only and they take the site down for scheduled maintenance. Looks like to me they don't want to sell too many of the sale items. I get a automated acknowledgment from Walmart that they have received my email. And will reply within 24 to 48 hours.

Now here it is December 2 08 and I get a email to take a survey of how Walmart customer service was on the problem I email them about. I have not gotten a email back from Walmart about my problem I email them about. And no it did not get filtered out or in my spam or trashed. I get a survey that says.

Dear Walmart.com Customer, Our records indicate that you recently contacted our Customer Service Department at Walmart.com. Please tell us what you think about that experience - the good and the bad. While we enjoy hearing when we are doing a good job, we can only "fix" what needs fixing if we are made aware of it by you, our valued customers. This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. Thank you again for taking time to help out. I did put in the survey that they could read about it on usacomplaints.com. I had to go to the store and fight the crowd to get the item.

Well Walmat. I don't think you have to worry about me ordering from you again. First and last try for a online order from me.
