Cingular is a bunch of lies!
I was told i could upgrade my phone on 12/20/04..
Well i got to a CINGULAR store lastnight and come to find out i ca not upgrade my phone untill 5/10/05...
I asked the guy why? He could not tell me... What kind of bull* is that?
Then i call them up they said from too many account suspensions.
I had 2 lastyear!!! Everytime i use the onlie bill manger for payment the next following day my phones would be turned off!!! I call them and they would tell me ohh you di not pay your bill. I would say did you check your online payment manager?
Ummmm no but you should call us instead i said whats the online payment for? Ummm i do not know...
What a lousy comapny i been with cingular since it was south western bell cellular service. After the swtich over i seen the customer service fallapart in the last 2 yeras...
So they wiull not get no more of my business...
