Beyond the rack - horrible customer service and knock off products

I have had several isues with this company; refund for a product that has not been delivered, shipment taking forever and product they sell are knock off. I ordered these items from them after using it twice it started falling apart. Ridiculous!!! I do not recommend using this company. Customer service reps are horrible... Poor customer service at all...
