I ordered 1000 TC sheets from them and despite the long shipping time, they actually looked pretty good when I got them. After a few washings the bottom sheet pilled so bad it's like sleeping on burlap. Not at all what I expected from 1000 TC sheets. I could have purchased a similar product from Kohl's, Home Goods or BB&B and had no trouble returning if disappointed in the product. I am not the only complaint on these sheets, other on multiple complaint sites. They are still on sale at BTR. I have wasted $70 but will be going to a brick and mortar store to buy from now on!
