Awful customer service!

I have ordered from Beyond The Rack for a few times now and unfortunately none of them was a good experience for me neither my friends.

1. I have ordered a purse which I did not receive for more then two months and did not get any email from BTR about the item I ordered. When I contacted them, the proposed to return me money.
2. I ordered a pair of boots in suede that my best friend also ordered from BTR and we both were really surprised when BOTH of us somehow received the same boots but in leather which we did not order. When I got a refund for the boots, BTR did not refund me the shipping cost that I paid!

3. I ordered an accessory for home on October 8th and today is 7th of December and I still haven't got it. Of course I did not either receive an email recently saying at least SORRY for the delay or with explanation about my item and estimated delivery date!

Every time I contact BTR customer service, agents are not friendly, the are rather cold and not helpful!

I am extremely disappointed and regret spending my money on BTR! I do not recommend to shop in Beyond the Rack web site!
