I signed up for 2 cell phones one in April & one in June. Then I decided to get a third phone for another family member at the end of 2000.
Since the start of the 3rd phone I have had nothing but problems. The account was never set up correctly and I have sent them several letters with full explanantions and still nothing from them. I am being billed monthyly still for a phone that they disconnected on November 17.
I refuse to pay them another red cent. I have itemized every single bill I have received and have paid them accordingly. Yet they state I still owe them $397.55 and going up every month. There was one call I got from someone there but all they wanted was to know where my payment was.
The customer service person had no idea of my letters or problems with the account and basically said "we can't help you with that all I need to know is when the next payment is being made". I hung up on them at that point and will not call them back. This all sounds too familiar after reading all the other issues that other people have had with this company. Where do I go from here?
