I am try to deal with Beyond the Rack regarding returned items.in a nut shell, I had already promised myself I wouldn't order from them again. I did order from them the first week of November. I returned 8 items keeping 1. I have been dealing with customer service reps who don't care less about my predicment. Two credit card billing cycles have gone by with me paying interest on items I don't have and I still do not have credits put back on my Mastercard.
This company is way too big and too rich to care about customers! I just want my money back for items that I returned to them. I have post office receipts confirming the returns. I don't want BTR credits just because they've take too long to put the merchanise back into their system. SO FED UP!
