Our family's aquistition of an engagement ring at Mark's Jewelers has been a delightful journey. The inital purchase in April was guided by PHYLLIS at the Montgomeryville site: Phyllis is patient, warm and knowledgeable about the art of selecting a diamond ring: she appears to enjoy her position and has wonderful accounts of the couples she has served. The owners, Jim and Doreen guided our decision to upgrade the diamond for an engagement anniversary gift. Jim and Doreen offer invaluable complementry input to the selection process: Jim will get the most bang for your buck within the buyers' identified price range without compromising the visual quality of the diamond while Doreen is an excellent listener with an appreciation for the emotional and financial investment in an engagement ring. They were attentive, patient and the process was transparent and not driven by the most expensive purchase. Our family has discovered a life time jeweler we can trust: LOVE DOES GROW HERE!
