Terrible customer service! I bought a groupon for the hanava film festival, thinking i could use it at any location the movies were being screened... When i called today to see how i could know i would get the tickets for the movie i actually wanted to go see, i found out my groupon was only for one venue... The schedule for the whole festivle was linked to the original deal which is what made me think i could see any of the movies being shown at any of the locations... I saw that the venue i want to see is running a different groupon offer that would get me to see the movie i want... When i called customer service to explain, i was told there was no possible way for them to exchange the offers
i didnt want to not spend the money, i just wanted it to get me what i wanted... I only had a 24 hour window to return it, and i missed it because i couldnt get in touch with the venues showing the movies until today to see if i would be able to see the movie i wanted...
Even a manager couldnt figure out a way to help me
i just wanted to get a deal that would allow me to do what i originally thought the deal i bought was going to do
I have never been so displeased with customer service!
