I purchased coupons for auto detailing. The detailing company would not return calls or email when I tried to schedule appointments. Groupon did not return my emails, twice, either. I called, spoke to 'NICK', at Groupon. He insisted that theywould have the business contact me. I do not want to deal with an irresponsible vendor, and want my money back. Groupon refuses to let me speak to a Supervisor! They lie, and avoid any but their own 'solutions'. Do not use groupon!!!
