I purchased a coupon for a Milano restaurant from Groupon Italy, intending to use it while on vacation in Milano. However, when trying to reserve a table through a Groupon affiliate website, couldn't reserve anything, at any hour, not only on the dates of my vacation but until mid-September. Talked to the restaurant manager, she said they have available tables anytime, but I should reserve through Groupon if I want the deal I purchased.
I sent an e-mail inquiry to Groupon Italy demanding a refund (as I'm not going to be able to enjoy this deal, anyway), but more than 2 days have passed, and I haven't got ANY answer. Nothing. Not even a word.
Is this your customer service, Groupon? I don't think I'm going to fall for your "deals" again...
