Groupon offered 6 hours of cleaning in a daily deal on their email. When I bought the deal, the Groupon itself said it was only for 3 hours of cleaning. Their customer service used to be exellent and resolved problems I had in the past rapidly and cheerfuly. That has now changed. I spoke to 4 different customer service reps and supervisors. Each one refused to help but just explained that it didn't matter what the original offer promised, according to their rules, and there would be no refunds. They made any excuse to get me of the phone, after I had waited ages to get through to begin with. Caveat emptor: this was a good company that has become awful.
