This company sounded great... At first. I ordered a signed baseball for my husband along with a case. Was charged for both but only received the baseball. So here it is, sitting in the box it came in with NO case to display it. Kind of makes me question the legitimacy of this company. I've been sharing this story with everyone I know. I've warned them not to trust Sports Memorabilia. 2 months later and no case but they sure kept my money. Gessin promised me when I contacted their customer service line a week and a half ago that I would get a new tracking number and the case shortly after... Sill no confirmation/tracking number and still no case. Gessin had even provided the direct line to him but when I called and left a voicemail, the message was never returned. Terrible service - you should be ashamed!
