Tried to schedule services many times, but no one ever seemed to be there when I needed an appointment. When I left a message, we traded calls. The Groupon was for 3 spray tans. When the Groupon expired on 11/14 and was then good for only 1 spray tan. I tried to use the $39 paid for other services provided at the spa (which would cost less than the $39 paid for the Groupon), and they refused, saying I could only receive the original service. I then contacted Groupon and asked that they either back my request or refund my; $39 towards another Groupon purchase. They refused to do either. The poor customer service at the spa, the lack of staff, etc. Makes me a little nervous doing business with them. I think Groupon should provide me a credit for a future Groupon, since they endorsed the merchant by offering the Groupon.
