I order goods form their website on the 6/26 it was shipped only on the 10/12 this after many mails was send to them regarding the order. The order arrived in South Africa, after which I experienced countless problems with customs and the expedited postal service on the SA side. This is not within the company or my power to resolve. The EPS returned the parcel to the supplier. After which I tried to make contact with them. After many emails (of which I have retained a full trail from the order to now) I received a very ignorant mail regarding the order stating "Please see attached shipping confirmation. You will see that this was shipped to the right address, as we did our part correctly. We cannot take responsibility, or cure the problems of, the United States postal service." I never held them responsible for any of the part of the wrong address or lack of service on the postal services or customs. However I requested the order to be resend to my address for my account. Only after I threatened to go legal and customer services websites they replied. Now again it has been 6 days with no response! I will never recommend them to any one!!
