I bought a dining table at C&B San Diego (UTC) a couple of months ago (a pretty expensive one) and it was efficiently delivered at the agreed time. After a month of having the table at home (so after the 7 days return period), some cracks appeared in the table, as if the planks were becoming separated. I sent them an email with some pictures of the table where the cracks could easily be seen and they immediately told me that they would replace the table right away at no cost for me. The replacement table is slated to arrive early December. After having read so many bad reviews about their customer service, I was afraid of making this claim but I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with the service received and how quickly they have positively solved my case. So kuddos for C&B!!
