Poor Customer Services - I haven't received orde

ORDER NO 139433 [10/06]
I have written several emails informing them that I haven't received my order. According to the SA Postal Services, when ANY PARCEL arrives in RSA from overseas, it is given a S A tracking number in order to deliver the parcel to the addressee because we have to pay import taxes on the parcel. It doesn't matter in which way the parcel was sent. He confirmed that according to their system, they didn't receive the parcel, or sent it back to the USA.

After many unanswered emails, I received this email:
Hi Alida,
Thank you for emailing. Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do to assist you with this issue. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot be held liable if it has gone missing in transit. The order was not insured and we do not have a tracking number for your package that was shipped on 10/09. We have not received anything back from the USPS as well. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This is not acceptable to me: I have placed an order, I have paid for this order and I haven't received this order. Something should be done about it!!!
