This was my first experience placing an order with Sports Memorbilia - I was very pleased with the way Francis Ruz handled my problem. Francis e-mailed me after unsuccessfully trying to reach me by phone to let me know that the autographed photo I ordered did not pass quality control and was visibly damaged. She sent an attachment of another photo for my approval and assured me the photo would arrive in time to be included as a Christmas gift for which it was intended. I received it three days after our initial conversation&in perfect condition. I will definitely order from this company again and will reccommend them.
