I have just signs up for kazaa but the songs were in a format that I could not play, so after trying I decided to cancel my subscription. I went to my account and clicked on cancel subscription. After an hour or so my bank account was charged for $9.99. It was suppose to be a free 7 day trial. I also tried to contact them by phone but I only got an answering machine telling me to contact them online. I sent them a message explaining what happened and that I want to be refund for the 9.99. Hopefully they will refund my money and I won't be charge again
