Rhapsody charged me after my free trial was cancelled Internet

I signed up for rhapsody in december and cancelled before the trial period was over.in january on rhapsody it stated that you get 25 free songs a month without a subscription so i listened to the free 25 songs... Several days later i found out i was charged 34.99 for subscription that i cancelled i notified my bank after seeing 34.99 taken out and didn't know what for so they told me who took the money out and to come to fill out paperwork so they can hopefully try to get my money back then i commented to the bank assistant that i should call rhapsody and she told me to do that and if i don't get anywhere to come into the bank so we can file the paperwork.

After contacting rhapsody i spoke to a person by the name of alex and then i asked to speak to his supervisor ron watson... After talking to ron he assured me that my money would be refunded that same day and to contact my bank because they should see the authorization number of the refund so i contacted my bank and they didn't see anything i then called rhapsody back and was told it would take 7 to 10 days for my money to be refunded to my account i then asked ron how could they charge me for a subscription that i cancelled and he said when i listened to the free songs my account was billed and i stated that their web site should be clear about that because the songs wasn't free if i cancelled in december and they charged me in january for listening to free songs... Rhapsody is definitly a ripoff!!!
