We have made 9 hotels reservations pending 10% commission. When we claimed they told us that reservations were made in a wrong site (they have 2 sites). However at any time they published this information in the official site hotels.com.
They say they pay commisio only for reservations made in www.agentrez.com site, but at any time they let us know it even when we prepared our registration form.
