Took my credit 411 and refused to tell me specifics as to where my money is going

I called 104.3 in Sacramento Ca. I was told I had won free tickets to Disneyland and Napa. All I had to do was give them my credit card number, income per year, etc. They would then send me a list of hotels where I may book my reservations. When I made my reservations, I had to pay another fee. They still would not tell me the choice of hotels, but rather that they would give me this data when they call me to confirm 7 days before the reservations. They are very rude and strange people were yelling in the background of the call... Does not seem legit!!!
