I purchase direct television in march in the same period i decided to the immediate pay after I got online and found thet the very first cost was comming out in the same time-my lease was due i terminated the immediate pay. 10 times later they withdrew the cash from my consideration anyway. When i named about this I acquired a woman by having an oh well addittude. When i requested to consult with a suppervisor she stated they where all hectic somebody might contact me in 2 to 4 hours. Guess what no-call back. When i called back the following day. The first telephone callafter detailing this to 2 various people i get placed on store to consult with a suppervisor. Phone bands towards the suppervisor then all a quick i get a i've been diconected. So iam about the telephone for them again after talking with two distinct people again. I am today awaiting a call-back from the suppervisor again. What the heck type of customer support is that this as well as once they consider cash from your own acount without your authorization or once you've terminated is not that theft. Telling you you can cancell the automated bill-pay any moment also represent fraud
