I ordered a sample package just a week ago for 1.03 4.87 for shipping. When i went to use my bank card for materials for another job my card was denied. When i went to my bank to find out, heres the Damage $94.13. When i called Smile Pro Direct to find out why? To get a refund i was told that the guy on the phone was the suppervisor. When i asked for his supporvisor he told me he would not get another suppervisor! Feed up with this incompentent idiot! I simply called my bank back and filed an inautherization against Smile Pro Direct.
