This is the Third time I have had this abuse from Sears.
No more cheeks, only two size to a face. I made an appointment for 7/11, A man called ID himself as Sears and said that they could not make their appointment. I lose hours that I had to make up mind you. I ask when, he said the 20th or 21st. I siad thats not goint to work. Why can't I take the next appointment in line. Mr. Sears (the smart man) said I would have to take what ever they had open. I then said if I am next in line I should be the next day that that would be the right thing to do since you guys cancel on me. He replied it don't work like that. I ask for a suppervisor. As usual, all suppervisors are busy. Requested again a sup. No one available, then I asked for one to call me, he took my number, and I reminded him not to do me like they did me before never call. Today while I was busy on another line Sears called. Yes I was Home today. They had the office call while they were parked in my drive-way. Yes I did say the truck was parked in my drive-way without an appointment, without ever getting a call from the suppervisor, THEY JUST SHOWED UP, TWO OF THEM.
Yes i did turn them around, how rude and abusive, i pay sears, sears don't pay me.
Your service is abusive, you have where people can't get a suppervisor or manager.
Sears has know pride anymore.
You don't care, your customer service stinks, and you should get people that can speak english. I am so, so, so disapointed.
After the first two times, you would think you would have made it right the third time.
An from your reviews you just don't care. After you step all over us you do not accommodate us with anything.
