I am writing this report about Burnfat2 to get some satisfaction because I have tried to cancel membership a number of timessince doing the suposedly "free trail offer" only paying for the shipping and handling and have been unsugsessful. They have automatically taken out 99.95 from my checking account twice even after sending the product back via fed ex.
They are refusing to return my money after i was told that if i send it back via fed ex with a tracking number and call them with the number as long as the product is in the original box unopened i would get my money returned.
When i called back to give them the tracking number and told the operator my cancelation number she then informed me that they dont refund moneys for product that was canceled if the product was allready sent. After trying numerous times for her to go over my account information with me and review when and how I had made my cancelation I requested to speak to her suppervisor.
To this she then proceeded to run me around and said she was a supp. When i told her that she was just an operator and wanted to speak with her she said that even the suppervisor would be unable to give me a refund. This went on for a few minutes finally she gave in and put me on holdwhile she trasnsfered me to her supp.
I was on hold for anouther couple of minutes when she came back on the phone and told me her supp. Was busy and could i hold. I again went on hold this time when she came back she told me her supp. Was still busy. I told her to have the supp. Call me back and didn't recieve a call back even after a few hours. Im going to call back again in the am because i ned to go to work now.
