These people did a great job in helping us design our home basedon a plan we found online. They proved that modular was our best option especially since we were pressed for time and were big on energy star and saving money on heating and cooling costs. The best part was they offered all the other parts that go with building a modular home and the company actually owns other companies that provide the services needed such as excavation, plumbing, concrete work, and even landscaping! John Makovic which is the owner was involved in all portions of the work which was surprising to me to see an owner to such a company being involved not just in office work which is common but we have witnessed him helping in building our sewer system and also with basic clean up of the construction debris.
