Mr peterson and co. Sold and installed a modular home with some defects to a family. Mr peterson did not want to address and do all the repair needed and disappeared. Factory and lender seem can not or do not want to help to address problems.
Mr peterson got some of his money from the bank even it took almost over a year for the home owner just to start construction. Lenders and factory, i think, should help in anyway they can to stay clean and avoid putting a bad reputation to the modular home inadustry by some dishohest home builder/contractor.
Mr peterson i heard filed bankrupcy but at the same time, i was told, still doing business under " SYSTEM BUILT CONST.inC." runs by his partner VICTOR ANGULO, and also using one or some of his worker's contractor liscense.
Mr peterson claims so many good things about him and his company and that all his clients will be treated right and fair no matter what, and his products will have the best quality and affordability, and this did not happen to this family and some other clients!
We want them investigated by the proper authorities to the full extent of the law! These clients work very hard for their money to be treated this way!
