Modular home dealer, collected deposit, and refuses to deliver house. The problems go on for many people we have heard about.including bad homes. The attorney we have retained, just by coincidence, has sued them many times before, and is currently suing them for another client at the same time as us. The word needs to get out about these people. These people are not just a flash in the pan scam artists. They have been doing this in the area for some time. It just figures... Before we got involved with them, we asked around. No one new anything about them. After we started having problems with them, we began tripping over people who new they had a bad reputation. Figures, my luck!
