We purchased in 1993 a modular home from C&F homes, Three rivers Michigan, built my General housing in Bay City Michigan. Winter of 1994-1999 we experienced continued soot from our heating system, every attempt was made by us to have the dealer and manufacture help get the problem fixed.
It wasnt until my husband contacted the state building inspector that the changes were made. The heating company weil Mclain came and installed a new system. No more soot since winter of 1999. Now nobody wishes to take responsibility in paying for all the costs we incurred do to this problem.
If there is any one with simular circumstances in the same dealings of these business's please do not hesitate in dropping me a line. Presently the state Attorney General has become involved to make restitution of this matter.
