Eric Peterson is doing business under all these names, and others. He claims to build modular homes, but what he really does is take your money and run. We are among at least 6 others that were dupped by him into signing contracts for modular homes he never produced. Peterson does business in many western states... Do not do business with him! The manufacturers he represents are credible... Genesis Homes, Guerdon Homes, Barvista Homes, Discovery Homes, Palm Harbor Homes, Laurel Creek Homes... All are good companies that should STOP doing any business with Peterson. Peterson is now changing his company names to try and hide from civil litigation.
