This home seemed to be built and set up by people who don't know thier job and the work obviously isn't checked by anyone from a quality control dept.
The problems are too numerous to mention them all, but here are a couple:
Nails are poking thorugh everywhere in the house: cupboards all the floors (no going barefoot!) a nail even peirced the lenuleum in the kitchen floor creating a 2 inch tear. They won't fix it.
The air conditioner and heating system have never worked right. It blows very unevenly for starters. It completely gave out and then still sparks and makes a loud rasping noise after supposedly being fixed. We have only had the house for 7 months.
Once they are paid in full, they don't care if you ended up with a quality home or not and in this case it is not!
I have seen extensive complaints online about Champion modular homes too. So consumers beware of them as well.
