I got their system installed three weeks ago. The system was not working properly and the technicians who came to my house could not get it fixed. Now I am stuck because they do not let me to return their equipment without facing a 75% penalty! Can you imagine being penalized for a not working system by ADT? What a nightmare to deal with these crooks... I am proceeding with a dispute on my credit card now...
