Total misrepresentation of the product

What I received was totally misrepresented by the, technical support is inadequate. And somewhat illiterate in this field.

They had to come out three times to work on my system before they could get it working properly... Problems— no groundwire, bolts were not tight on the dish from the first install, hot swapping on the modem which the installer did not you can not do. Three hours of phone calls to supervisor before they got it working the first time. Two more service calls to get it working right.
And when I complained that the service was not much better than dial-up they blamed my computer. But the service technician at wild blue did not know the difference between KB/s & kb/s which stands for kilobits, kilobytes.

So After reformatting & putting in a new LAN card and having 2 service technicians check out my system
they found nothing wrong with my system that they told me that the service I was receiving wasnt much that are then a dial-up connection which I was paying $9.00 a month for. Now Im paying 6 times as much for the same crappy serviceof dialup... If thats not misrepresentation and in deserving of a class action I dont know what is. And I'm stuck in a two-year contract.

I was lied to buy the technicians by the sales department and the installers and numerous times but once the contract was signed I was told the only option I had was to forfeit my service and pay the penalty or live with it. The independent installer refused to refund my installation fee and my upfront cost of the equipment. And dish network said they had no obligation to make them comply. Katterman communication out of Champaign Urbana was the installer. I canceled my disk network account after seven service calls did not fix the problem of a new upgrade high-definition system and the installer at Katterman communication got into a cussing match on my phone in my house which dish networks technician. To tick off and left with outperforming their service. I was locked into the dish while blue system and can not get out of the contract on it. Without penalties and forfeiting all my upfront expenses. I'm on disability and can not withstand that kind of loss. I truly thought switching to wild blue would be a blessing but it has turned out to be a royal pain in the butt. I'm not allowed to drive so I spend most of my time in front of my computer on the Internet and I am very disappointed that while blue and dish network were not upfront with me on the connection speed.
