I have purchased Brinks Security System for my home and at the time of discussion, i had told them that i have VOiP telephone system with Lingo.com and they said that they can install the system. After installing the system, from next day system is not working and Brinks has send technicians and still not working. I asked them to refund the money since it is still within 30 days i am cancelling the contract. They refused to refund the money and do not want to relieve me from the contract. I need refund of full installation charges and they took one year of service charges in advance. I need refund of $996.05 and need to get out of the contract.

i needed refund of my money and an apology from Brinks about their behaviour and how they handle this case, so that they do not do the same thing to other customers.
