I've NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional and unethical business in my 38 years!!! I rented a home from this management company. I should have known by the condition of the house that it was bad news. The house was filthy, the carpets were shampooed but stained horribly and tact strips were exposed at seems, the walls were in desperate need of paint, the prior tenants were made to do touch up paint over the holes in the walls, the paint wasn't the same shade of white. The kitchen was disgusting, the bathrooms were worse, the tubs were black and clogged. I spent a week straight cleaning before I could actually move in. I had a $300 water bill the first few months because I had to pay to bring back the dead grass. Then I had to provide my own smoke detectors and buy tile to fix the piece that was broke when I moved in. They left a broken fridge in the residence that leaked horribly when I tried to use it. Now 2 years later they are refusing to return any of my security deposit. Jeff Schlansky is a horrible man, unreasonable, unethical and a pompous jackass. I'm sure he is the reason there is such a high turn over in renters. That's just part of the drama I had to deal with in my 2 year stay. Needless to say I WILL be suing for my security deposit. I was smart and took before and after photos. Please protect yourself.
