*Mold growing on our walls. They paint over it after calling for 2 weeks. Mold grows through paint. We have to get the city involved and they are fined by health department*Infestation of mice. Hundreds of mice running around the apartment (in all rooms) at every time of the day, every season. They send exterminators throughout the months - nothing is fixed. We call different exterminators - use our own money. One exterminator they sent, actually quit and walked out of our apartment because he couldnt handle the amount of mice he saw at once. Roomates get sick and have doctors bills from mice droppings and mold.*Approval to paint living room walls and leave painted after lease ends. $500 taken out of our security deposit for "paint" and refusal to give it back.*Broken refrigerator; called immediately, they don't send a repair person until 2 weeks after call. We call every single day. Loss of hundreds of dollars of food. Repairman can not fix and they replace the fridge with a mini fridge. Absurd.*Broken oven due to mice eating through wiring. Oven is replaced; however it breaks again because there are always mice going through the oven and behind it.* Maintenance men working directly behind our back door. Fumes, noises, dust, smoke constantly blowing and entering our apartment beginning at 6am... including Sundays.
