Hello, We called sears service for air duct cleaning of my house. It was my first experience. I will say poor house wives have to beaware of this service guys. They came for air duct cleaning and started talking about some UV air filter machine. Service guy said I will go in with my camera and tell you how is your machine. Pictures he showed me was all ready saved before. He showed me orange rust pic. Of the coil. To my surprise he was not able to show me the same pic after installing the machine. As per him mould will go in six weeks.
After showing me the rust coil picture he said you ahev to install double uv ray filter as single will not clean this coil. So instead of $575.00 filter you install $975.00 filter. ANd finally with everything they charged me $1772.29. I still do not recognize charge for $300.00. What is that? I seriously think its a scam and cheating they just trick to do this. I can't pay all this money. I call them to at least take back your machine or downgrade the machine they said they can't do it. I am tricked and in miserable position now to pay. I am willing to give them back there machine and get my money back.
