In winter of 2010 I had my heating and cooling system installed by ALL HOME SERVICES INC. Company located at 1355 Odenton Rd. Odneton. Once the person has installed it he said that the system needs a custom filter and he will come later and install the filter. 10 month passed by, I have made about 50 phone calls to the company, and I still have no filter in this expensive system. Periodically I would get my called answered by a person (not the answering machine) in this company. Once she even set an appointment for a worker to come to my house and install the filter. I took a day off at work, waited for a person, but nobody ever showed up or gave me a phone call. I called again several times and offered to come over and pick up the custom filter. I've been told that they have to install it themselves and show me how to do it. Yesterday (October 18) I called again and ask to install the filter again. The receptionist told me she'll call back, but she never did. I really do not know what people do in this kind of situations. This is a very expensive system and I've been told not having a filter not only effects its performance and my electric bills, but also its life - span.
