I recieved the mail for $ 65 for air duct cleaning. Dryer, filter lifetime. Paid $800.00 on Nov inclued for biannual maintaince. Last week Maintainence appt. Was rescheduled 4 times by this company after waiting each time until sunday morning and then finally evening, since no technician was assigned per their phone rep, after multiple attempts and speaking to a number of least concerned staff and supervisor. 2 Techs came. They first tried to sell UV and more svc and were reluctant to bring in the HPAC vac machine inside, discussing amongst themselves and making call, and after much difficulty brought their duct cleaning machine. Only washed the ac filter under water, did not do nothing to disinfect the mold, did not touch the other ducts only 15 mins to the main duct, and wanted to charge travel money of $ 40.00, which I was clarified that ALL I need to do is to make an appt for svc. When I signed their agreement and pay nothing more. They were quite rude all along. I am very dissatisfied. Ripped off company
