The company came to my home to clean my air-ducts and carpet. The technicians took my air filter out and took the dimension of my filter. They encourage me to buy a lifetime filter for 150.00. Whe the filter was delivered to my home... It did not fit. I called the supervisor Mr. Joe Kenmore over 5 times, each time he told me he was sending some one out to bring another filter out.
After they didn't come back, I contacted the BBB, they did not respond to the BBB. I called the supervisor on 2 occasions after they gave the BBB no response, they assured me some one would be out to exchange the filter. The technicans that performed the work begged for a tip after cleaning the duct and cleaning the carpet. I gave this company over 200. Oo for very poor service.
