My wife and I placed a bid on a home in Charlotte, NC which Fannie Mae owns.in short, we offered, Fannie Mae countered, we accepted the counter offer, Fannie Mae then rejected their owner counter offer! I am looking for an explanation. How does Fannie Mae reject their own counter offer? Someone please feel free to email me at [email protected]. Any information would be helpful. I'm actually trying to reach the real estate branch of Fannie Mae, I would REALLY like to hear an explanation from them. So if you have their numbers, I would really like to have them.
