I recently put a bid on a foreclosure that was 72,000 i bid 69,000 fannie mae countered 72,000 with 2,500 toward closing, so i agreed to pay the full asking price of and an extra 2000 just to cover all the my closing cost they countered back 74,000 and 3,000 toward closing, ok if i give u and extra 2,000 where is the other 1,500 going? I have to put down a down payment and put in a new AC unit new roof and plumbing so they are playing games with a home for 1,500 i'm so disappointed do they really want foreclosures off the market or is someone sitting their playing games this really makes me mad i would never advise anyone to touch a home that has fannie mae or freddie mac on it this is such a waste of time
