Brian Banfill come to my house Feb. 1st 09 to buy and rent my a million dollar beach house and the next day he moved to my beach house and promised to pay the rent ASAP and since then he never pay any rent not a dime..
He is lied to us about his promise to pay the rent and utility, I have to go to court to make him out from my house.
And finally he moved out from my house, he still owed me from the day he moved to my house. He owed Feb - May rent which is $ 8,000 plus water, gas and electric bill $ 3,414.12 all total he owed is $11,414.12
Beware with all he promise about a million dollar money...
He doesn't have pot to piss...
