Do not rent to Rosalva Cuevas. She is trying to rent in the Hughson, Ceres Area. She not only did not pay rent for months, she refused to move out.
She also rented out room in the house and at one point there were 15 children and 5 adults living in our 3 bedroom home. Her boyfriend also has a Marijuana card and thinks he can plant as many marijuana plants as he wants on your property.
She finally moved out this weekend but left out house full of garbage, roaches and maggots!
