Two months ago I called Verizon to set up installation at my new house which was under construction. My closing date was 8/15. I currently have Verizon for internet and TV.

The person I spoke to at that time said the farthest out she could schedule it was July 15th but she said she would go in and push the date out to 8/15 as 7/15 approached.

On 7/12 or 13 I received a call about my appt for 7/15. I called back and explained the situation and requested 8/15. The person I spoke to scheduled me for 8/15.

A day or two later I received an email showing I was scheduled for 8/12 not 8/15. Then on 8/3 my home phone service went away so they could move my phone number from AT&T to Verizon. I was not contacted about this so I called again and was told nothing could be done. So, I have no land line nor alarm system monitoring (tied to my home phone line) from 8/3 until 8/15.

Today I received a call for the 8/12 appt. And I called back to once again schedule it for 8/15. Now they tell be I cannot get installation until 8/18. I will have to go back to work before then. I requested to speak to a supervisor but he was no help either.
