No phone service on one of my lines

I called Verizon for an appointment on November 4 for a appointment for a technician will be dispatch to my home on November 12. The customer representative stated that a technician will be at my home between the hours of 1:00 to 5:00 pm to fix my phone line that has been inoperable since November 3. I scheduled an appointment with Verzion on November 12 since I had that day off for time range between 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Verizon stated that I will receive a call from the techinician upon coming to my home. I never recieved that phone call. I contacted Verzion five times to see what had happen or if the technician was going to show up, because I told Verizon that I lived in an apartment building and in order for the technician to get in he will need to be here before 5:00 pm., so that he would have access to the telephone room. I never received the phone call and my apointment was skipped over. Verizon scheduled another appointment with me, but never could tell me why the technician did not show up for my scheduled appointment. So know I have be inconvenience on Monday, November 15 from 1:00 pm to 5:00pm while at my job. I told Verzions that I am not at liberty to take off like that so that is why I scheduled the appointment for the day I had off on November 12. Verizon wants me to take off when it is convenience for them, I told Verzion that they are on my schedule, because I was on their schedule on November 12. When I asked Verizon to have a technican come to my home on Saturday, November 13, they Kindly stated that there are no avaialble appointments for that day. So, I asked what happen to my appointment and why didn't the technician finish the jobs from his Friday's appointments on Saturday to accomodate the people that has not served on their regular scheduled appointments. Also, when I asked the customer service representative to make me an appointment for Saturday, she stated that Verizon is not making any appointment until the end of the year for Starturdays "Go Figure". So how do I get service for my phone that has been inoperable since November 3. I am a current Verizon customer, and I have never been late with their payments and I demand on time sevice.
